When will my order be processed
All orders are typically processed the very next business day. During periods of high demand such as Christmas, New Year and Mothers Day we still process you order the next business day. We love our beauty products as much as you do.
Domestic Shipping

Orders shipping to locations in Australia is a flat rate of $9.84. The cost to ship to you will be displayed in the check and shown separately.
Places we cant deliver to
We deliver Australia wide and can ship to Post Offices and PO Boxes as well as physical address.
International Shipping
Rates and Estimates
Orders shipping to locations outside Australia are typically $18 to $35 depending on the number of items ordered and your location.
The cost to ship to you will be displayed in the check and shown separately.
Places we cant deliver to
We can get our beautiful creams and lotions to almost anyone needing Lanolin Beauty, but at the moment most countries in Africa are inaccessible to our courier partner.
Costs displayed at check out
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lanolin Beauty International is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Misplaced orders, were here to help
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@lanolinbeauty.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
